The problem
Like most crypto projects, NATIX ran rule-based bots for the obvious spam, plus people: its own team during working hours and outside help for nights and weekends. Three things kept slipping through.
Fake support. Accounts copying a team member’s name and photo, then messaging members with “help” for their wallet or rewards.
Fake tickets. Messages pushing members to “open a support ticket” through a link or bot that isn’t NATIX’s, often with the link broken across lines or encoded so filters can’t read it. 152 of the scams removed had a disguised link like this.
Scams outside English and outside text. French, German, Chinese and Portuguese scams, and image ads like fake celebrity casino promos, which a keyword list never sees.
