These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the collony.ai AI Community Moderator (“collony.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which provides automated moderation and support services for online communities.
By accessing or using collony.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use collony.ai.
collony.ai provides an AI-powered community management service that can:
- Monitor and moderate messages within chat groups to enforce rules
- Respond to frequently asked questions based on customer-supplied knowledge
- Support administrators in managing communities across platforms such as Telegram and Discord.
You agree to use collony.ai only in compliance with:
- These Terms
- Applicable community rules you configure
- All applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR).
You must not misuse or tamper with collony.ai, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
By using collony.ai, you understand that community messages may be analyzed by the service. Some data is transmitted to OpenAI (ChatGPT) for processing, and logs are stored on our servers for observability and troubleshooting.

If you purchase collony.ai’s paid services:
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- collony.ai does not store your payment details.
- Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy policies of Stripe.
collony.ai, its original content, software, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of collony.ai and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in collony.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your access to collony.ai at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.
You may stop using collony.ai at any time by removing it from your communities.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect (for example, via email, in-app notification, or on our website).
Some features of collony.ai allow customers to upload and manage their own knowledgebases, which power automated Q&A responses.
- You remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of the content you provide.
- collony.ai does not verify or endorse customer-supplied content.
- We disclaim responsibility for any harm, misinformation, or damage resulting from reliance on such content (including but not limited to financial, medical, or legal advice). Use of this feature is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Member State where you reside.
If you are a consumer in the EU:
- You may bring legal proceedings in your country of residence.
- You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
If you are a business user:
- Any disputes will be subject to the laws of Lithuania, and the courts of Vilnius shall have jurisdiction.
collony.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of collony.ai.
This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under EU law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
If you use collony.ai for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless collony.ai, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
