These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the collony.ai AI Community Moderator ("collony.ai," "the Service"), operated by MEA Ventures MB ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Lithuania. collony.ai provides AI-assisted moderation and support services for online communities. By accessing or using collony.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Services
collony.ai provides an AI-powered community moderation platform that may:
Monitor and moderate messages to enforce configured rules
Respond to questions using customer-supplied knowledge
Assist administrators in managing communities on platforms such as Telegram and Discord
collony.ai supports moderation and insight but does not replace human judgment.
2. Account Responsibility and Authorization
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and authorized to manage or administer the community where collony.ai is deployed.
You are responsible for:
All activity performed using collony.ai in your communities
Configuring moderation rules, permissions, tone, and settings appropriately
Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and community guidelines
collony.ai acts based on the configuration and content you provide. You remain fully responsible for how the Service is used within your communities.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or use collony.ai for unlawful purposes.
4. Privacy and Data Usage
collony.ai analyzes community messages to provide moderation and insight features. When you deploy collony.ai in your community, you act as the data controller and MEA Ventures MB acts as a data processor, processing data on your behalf and according to your instructions. Some data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) acting as sub-processors, and logs may be stored for observability and troubleshooting.

5. Free Trial, Payments and Billing
collony.ai offers a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required to start the trial, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe after it ends.
If you subscribe to paid services:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. collony.ai does not store payment card details.
We offer a full refund on your first payment if requested within 7 days. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property
collony.ai and all related software, features, and content are the exclusive property of MEA Ventures MB or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Service.
7. Customer Knowledgebase Content
IIf you upload documentation, FAQs, or other content:
You remain fully responsible for its accuracy, legality, and safety.
collony.ai does not verify or endorse customer-supplied content.
collony.ai is not responsible for harm or damages resulting from reliance on such content.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
collony.ai generates automated responses using probabilistic models and customer-provided content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.
9. Service Limitations
collony.ai uses automated systems that may not detect every instance of spam, scams, impersonation, or rule violations, and may occasionally flag legitimate content. The Service supports but does not guarantee complete protection of your community.
You remain responsible for human oversight of your community. We are not liable for losses, including financial losses, resulting from content that the Service did not detect or act upon, or from actions the Service took based on your configuration.
10. Third-Party Services
collony.ai relies on third-party platforms and services, including messaging platforms, AI providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or changes caused by third parties.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to collony.ai if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activity.
You may stop using collony.ai at any time by removing it from your communities.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as email, in-app notice, or our website.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
collony.ai is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the extent permitted by law:
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Indemnification
If you use collony.ai for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEA Ventures MB from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
If you are a consumer in the EU, these Terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection laws and the courts of your country of residence.
If you are a business user, these Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and the courts of Vilnius shall have jurisdiction.
