If you are not satisfied with collony.ai, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@collony.ai with your account details.
Renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
How to Cancel
Log in to your collony.ai account, navigate to billing settings, and select Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively, contact hello@collony.ai and we will handle it for you.
