Can I switch plans?

Plans scale with your usage and the platforms you need. Security covers one platform, Telegram or Discord. To run both, you need Pro or above. As your credit usage grows, collony will notify you before automatically upgrading your plan.

What are credits?

Security credits cover every message collony analyzes for moderation. Chat credits cover AI chat replies. Security gets 500 security credits per day, Pro gets 2,000 security and 2,000 chat credits per day, Business gets 5,000 of each.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Moderation pauses once your security credits for the day are used up, and AI chat replies pause once chat credits run out. Both reset the next day. collony notifies you as you approach the limit, and you can upgrade at any time to raise it.

Does collony replace my community managers?

No. collony handles the repetitive work and covers gaps in coverage – nights, weekends, time zones. Your team stays in control of decisions and tone.
