# 排程

> 設定 collony.ai 機器人做什麼、何時做：僅管理、管理加聊天回覆，或自訂每週排程。

排程頁面設定機器人做什麼以及何時做。你可以全天候進行管理，同時把聊天回覆限制在社群最活躍的時段。

## 機器人已開啟

總開關。關閉時，無論排程如何設定，機器人都不做任何事。

## 選擇排程

| 選項 | 機器人做什麼 |
| - | - |
| **Always Security** | 每天每小時都進行管理，不回覆聊天 |
| **Always Chat + Security** | 全天候管理並在聊天中回覆 |
| **Custom** | 你自己選擇時段以及每個時段的模式 |

頁面會顯示目前模式以及下一次切換的時間。

## 時區

時間依排程時區顯示。從清單中選擇，從 UTC-10（檀香山）到 UTC+12（奧克蘭），讓網格與社群的作息一致。

## 自訂排程

選擇一個模式，然後在每週網格上塗色：

| 模式 | 機器人做什麼 |
| - | - |
| **Security** | 進行管理，但不回覆也不參與對話 |
| **Chat + Security** | 管理並回覆：聊天、FAQ 回答和表情回應 |
| **Off** | 該時段不做任何事 |

1. 在網格上拖曳，以 30 分鐘為單位塗色。
2. 點擊星期名稱填滿當天，或點擊小時標籤填滿每天的該小時。
3. 點擊 **儲存變更**，或點擊 **捨棄** 撤銷。

>
> 常見設定：社群尖峰時段用 Chat + Security，其餘時間用 Security。詐騙仍會被全天候刪除，而機器人只在有人在線時聊天。
