## Incident states

Filter incidents by state using the tabs:

| State | Meaning |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Active** | The incident stands - restriction is in place or the deletion was correct |
| **Forgiven** | An admin cleared the incident and lifted any resulting restriction |
| **collony mistake** | Marked as a false positive - action was revoked |

## Severity

Each incident is classified as High, Medium, or Low based on the type of violation and the action taken.

* **High** - bans and severe content violations (phishing, scams, explicit material)
